You may browse this site for personal or business enquiry purposes. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the site, scrape content at scale, misrepresent your identity, or use the site to send unsolicited communications.

The information on this website, service descriptions, timelines, areas covered, indicative process, is provided in good faith for general guidance. It does not constitute a contractual offer or a binding quotation. A binding price for a specific project is only ever provided in a written itemised quote issued to you by name after a site survey.

Where we deliver a project under a written quote, our workmanship is covered by a 12-month guarantee running from the date of practical completion. The scope, exclusions and claim procedure are set out in your written project documentation. Manufacturer product warranties (e.g. appliances, boilers, tiles) are passed through to you at handover and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms.

Refurb Squad Ltd is Gas Safe registered, a Constructionline Gold member, CHAS accredited, works with NICEIC-registered electricians for electrical sign-off, and carries £1,000,000 public and employer's liability insurance. Certificate numbers can be provided on request.

All text, imagery, layout and branding on this website is owned by Refurb Squad Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, republish, or use it for commercial purposes without written consent, except for personal reference or standard sharing (e.g. sending a link).

We do everything reasonable to keep this website accurate and available, but we make no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
