• Correspondence you send us by email or phone in connection with your enquiry.

We do not knowingly collect special-category personal data. Please do not include sensitive personal information in enquiry messages.

• Responding to enquiries. To reply to your project brief, arrange a site survey and issue a written quote.
• Delivering contracted work. To administer projects we've agreed to deliver, scheduling, invoicing, handover documentation.
• Legitimate business records. To keep proper accounting, tax and warranty records as required by law.
• Site operation. To keep the website secure and functional.

The legal basis is your consent (for enquiries you initiate), contract performance (for active clients) and legitimate interests (for security and record-keeping).
