Every project is quoted on a fixed-price basis after a free site visit. There's no minimum project size, we take on everything from a single bathroom refit through to full-house refurbishments and extensions. You'll have a detailed written quote back inside the same week.
No. For extensions, structural work and notifiable electrics we handle building control sign-off directly. Where planning permission or a structural engineer is required, that sits inside our in-house extension service too.
A standard bathroom installation runs 2-3 weeks; a full kitchen fit typically 3-4 weeks depending on stone lead times. We agree the schedule with you in writing before we start.
Yes. We're Gas Safe registered, Constructionline Gold, CHAS accredited and carry £1,000,000 public and employer's liability insurance. Specialist electrical sign-off is provided via our trusted NICEIC partners.
We work throughout North and West London, including St John's Wood, Paddington, Kensington, Bayswater, Regents Park, Hampstead, Hammersmith, Chiswick and Ealing Broadway.
